| Flower Village is this month's Business Spotlight.
Flower Village opened for business in 1975 and was purchased by the current owner, Laura VanBriesen, in the fall on 1999.
Flower Village is located at 216 1st Avenue and employs "10 of the best employees anyone could ask for!"
Flower Village carries a wide assortment of home accessories and gifts along with providing a beautiful floral shop to our community. Flower Village has become a destination store and draws customers fromall over the area.
Flower Village has become more than a flower shop. In addition to its fresh flowers, they carry many home accessories; including lamps, prints, decorative throws, home decor, and many more items to add special finishing touches to homes and offices. The staff attends four major trade shows twice a year in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Chicago and Minneapolis which allows them to purchase unique products to satisfy many customers.
